 Todd Gorter is the owner and founder of Mid America Property Solutions (MAPS) and its' subsidiary, ToddCo, and has a vast array of experience within the real estate industry. Todd is a licensed Residential Contractor, Type C, and a member of the International Code Council (ICC), with over twenty years experience in residential construction and remodeling. Todd has a Bachelor Degree in Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University, and an Associates of Arts Degree in Fire Science from Kansas City Kansas Community College. Todd is a 1997 graduate from the Midwest Inspectors Institute and has been a Certified Home Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) for over ten years. Todd has been doing home inspections for over twelve years, as well as Mold assessments, Termite inspections, and Radon measurements. Todd is certified as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator through the Kansas Department of Agriculture as well as a residential radon measurement and mitigation provider through the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists & National Environmental Health Association - National Radon Proficiency Program. He is also a registered member of the Kansas Home Inspection Registration Board (KHIRB) .
