Service Agreement / Disclosure / Guarantee:
Mid America Property Solutions (MAPS) conducts business in various real estate functions. Todd Gorter, owner, is a licensed Residential Contractor-Type C, and a licensed Real Estate Agent in KS & MO. He is also a certified Member of the America Society of Home Inspectors, conducting Home Inspections Services. In order to provide these services without a conflict of interest, this full disclosure must be understood and
signed by all parties involved:
No representation as a "Real Estate Agent" will be conducted under MAPS. Todd's real estate license is utilized for primarily personal real estate investments. He does not practice as an active agent.
Home Inspection Services provided by MAPS include:
 Whole House Inspection,
Structural Inspection,
Mechanical Inspection,
Radon Measurement,
Termite Inspections, and
Mold Testing.
Home Inspections:
When MAPS provides "Home Inspections Services" for a Buyer entering into a real estate transaction, no other MAPS services can or will be provided to the Buyer for a minimum of ONE FULL YEAR. MAPS conducts business according to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Home Evaluation / Home Detailing:
When MAPS provides Home Evaluations / Home Detailing, all parties shall be fully informed that the Home Evaluation is not a Home Inspection, but rather an evaluation of the property to determine repairs or improvements. Services, which may be included in the evaluation, may also include:
Radon Measurement and Mitigation,
Termite Inspections and Treatment, and
Mold Testing.
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to provide an ethical and professional business service. We guarantee all labor for one year. We guarantee any materials purchased by us for one year.
