Home Detailing starts with a comprehensive Home Evaluation. A Home Evaluation is a service that is truly unique to MAPS. Ten years in the home inspection industry as certified home inspectors, has enabled each of our evaluators to thoroughly review a home or property to determine what repairs are necessary. A Home Evaluation is a comprehensive review of the physical structure and major components to determine defects and repair costs. Other evaluations that may be included are Radon measurements, Mold evaluations, and Termite inspections. After the Home Evaluation is complete, our evaluators will meet with each client to determine which repairs or improvements will be completed.
