Mid America Property Solutions (MAPS) takes pride in our inspection services and promises to conduct each inspection in an unbias and professional manner. Each client will receive a computer-generated report, complete with digital pictures and a summary section identifying defects found. Each inspection takes approximately 2 hours to complete. A verbal summary of the defects found will be reviewed at the time of inspection. The inspection report is easy to read and understand, and will be available via e-mail or fax within twenty-four hours of the inspection date. The completed hard copy of the inspection report, which is professionally bound, will be mailed to each client for his or her permanent records. Reports average 20-30 pages and are the most comprehensive reporting system utilized in the Kansas City Metro area.
